Theresa and Lloyd v helpful dealing with slightly complicated external MOT warranty issue. Both helped to resolve and provided regular updates on car situation. Lloyd helpfully ensured invoicing was separate to assist with paperwork/claim.

The service for which we took our car in (oil change) was fine. The receptionist offered us an MOT to which we agreed, and then had to wait several hours before it was done. BMW was not able to correct slight damage to one tyre that was found
