I was told it would be a 2 hour appointment, so I waited at the garage. I waited over 4 hours for my car to be returned. This is just the latest in a long line of terrible experience at Dick Lovett Bristol. A really poor customer experience.

Just one thing spoiled the day, and that was the fact that the shuttle care was very late to pick us up from John Lewis , and there was no where to sit and no shade from the heat of the sun. Then he drove too fast on return.

My BMW X4 M40i developed a fault with the blower not working. I left it in the capable hands of Charlotte for diagnostics. Charlotte realised the blower was faulty, ordered the part and I collected the car next day. Great service.

I had my service carried out with a video overview of my car check over. I was advised a service interval on my idrive was for an MOT, so the dates was updated. As I was expecting a vehicle inspection service I was happy I was spending less.

Lost a lot of confidence in the ability of BMW to carry out wheel alignment. It was done correctly in the end but caused me to remain waiting at the dealership for an extra 1hr 30minutes.

Just one problem. There were dirty marks on the inside of the drivers door and one on the top of the center consul. The door panels and the leather upholstery are a light cream colour.

The guy dealing with me for my service was excellent. Very polite and helped me with some questions I had about my car. My car was not cleaned even though id been asked if I wanted it washed and I'd said yes. My car smelt awful when i got in it!

I experienced disingenuous service during my recent car health check and MOT. I was rushed into authorising a part so that my MOT does not fail and then I find out after that they had failed it even though I was advised it wouldn't after approving.

It took months to have car booked in, no courtesy car is ever available. The service itself was fine, the MOT we were upsold expensive tyres with misleading information and attempted to sell servicing not due for four months. Poor value service
