The App doesn't work for boolking service. And I've had repeated issues where the car hasn't matched up with your system in terms of what service is required at what stage. Your tech needs sorting out.

The service oil change was done very quickly and I was able to get my car early afternoon after dropping it off at 8am. They did offer that they could do this sooner and I could wait for it, but I had somewhere to be and wasn't able to stay.

On health they missed tyre needed to be infalted and that there was i braketn missing on hand brake cable. I believe it was done by the apprentice. So when i came to collect car at 5 the mot should have been done it was not.

Claire Bird was excellent, best advisor I've had and I've been coming to dl bristol for over 10 years. Reasons: professional, took time to talk to customer, good knowledge, friendly. This has not been the case with some previous advisors.

The service adviser I dealt with lied to cover up a mistake of putting my car through the car wash. Although it may seem trivial, I use specific products on my car and spend a lot of time and money in maintaining it.

My BMW X4 M40i developed a fault with the blower not working. I left it in the capable hands of Charlotte for diagnostics. Charlotte realised the blower was faulty, ordered the part and I collected the car next day. Great service.

Just one thing spoiled the day, and that was the fact that the shuttle care was very late to pick us up from John Lewis , and there was no where to sit and no shade from the heat of the sun. Then he drove too fast on return.
