I booked a a lot for 12:30. On the phone they said it would be an hour and half. I handed over my keys at 12:30. Got back at 2pm and my car was still there. I asked and they said they would work on it at 2:30 and it would be done at 4pm.

My experience was tainted by the following: 1) A complementary car valet was offered but not done 2) Screen wash and key battery were added to my bill. Surprising, as there were no issues with the key fob and the screenwash was already topped up!

Unfortunately this is not BMW as a whole but based on the Service from Dick Lovett on this occasion and previous based around this recall work. 1. Car kept for longer than stated. 2. Returned significantly dirtier than handed over.

No issue with BMW Dick Lovett or its staff but I do feel that owning a 2nd hand BMW I'm not seen as an important customer. BMw aren't prefect and a lot of 2nd cars have factory faults or known issues that I feel BMW have an obligation to assist with.
