The service alarm was not cancelled after the service was completed. I get a warning alarm every time I turn on the ignition. BMW have advised me that I will have to take the car back in to have this corrected. This is a real pain!

The car was booked in to be cleaned. I sat in the dealership for 7 hours, 1st 2 hours car sat in car park. Eventually serviced and mot'd. Car returned to me dirty, service rep said it was washed before it went in and it's rained since. Obviously not!

When I was called to collect the car I was told they weren't sure if it had been cleaned but would be before I got there. I arrived 15mins before closing, paid & was led to my uncleaned car without a word about that not being done. Disappointing.

We booked in for an oil service and were told this would cost c£300. When we collected the car we were told that other services had been due and carried out at considerably more cost. We should have been told this when we checked in.

I was happy with the service. The lady who dealt with me was very efficient and kept me informed . I had to wait a long time but I didn't mind as it was a big job. I had an appointment at Apple Cribbs so I was panicking a bit and she was excellent.

Brilliant service. Tech sat in the car whilst I showed them the issue. Diagnosed the fault immediately but said they would need to confirm it. Once a delivery schedule was known for the idrive head unit a hire car was arranged. Car returned clean

Dick Lovett weren't able to register the tyres into the car as the scanner to do this was "broken". Given the amount of intergration between the on-board system in the car and external apps, I would have expected to the there to be more than one.

?? service I still have warrantee on my car so it was a very swift job. Which could have cost me hundreds. The team was all fabulous. They gave me 5* treatment that I deserve and even washed my car afterwards. Thanks ??

Service was OK in that parts and oil were changed as expected and was completed in a few hours, however, you have no pick up service, no loan cars available for 3 months and it generally takes weeks or months to get booked in even for an urgent issue

New tyre had not been correctly inflated so had to go to garage and re-inflate Service advisor never proactively kept me apprised of what was going on and did not return calls when I rang to find out. MOT test with new trye required took 2 1/2 days!

Not as good as I remembered. Questioned why my car was needed for the whole day when there is very little needed doing for a first service on an iX3? Was told it was needed so it could be fully charged and cleaned. It was neither cleaned or charged.
