All straight forward. it would be better if we were told your car will be ready for collection in half hour time rather than waiting till it is ready and then saying its ready. just enables better planning for the collection.

In all 16 years of coming to Dick Lovett BMW at Cribbs, only twice has timebeen left to give my car a valet. I see everyone else driving off with gleaming polished cars and most times I have come away with a really dirty car! I feel penalised!

The video link for the health check didn't include a technician walking around my vehicle as it had done in the past, the pre mot check was offered by the Melksham branch which I had never dealt with and logistically wouldnt have been practicable
