The sales team didnt just want to sell me a car - they wanted to sell me the right car. The right car wasn't available, but over about 4 days the right car was found and the deal was sealed. There wasn't a single compromise necessary on my part.

In all 16 years of coming to Dick Lovett BMW at Cribbs, only twice has timebeen left to give my car a valet. I see everyone else driving off with gleaming polished cars and most times I have come away with a really dirty car! I feel penalised!

Was offered a £100 voucher for apology for the recall required and got absolutely no response from the form i sent in twice. Eventually i called and was told i had to collect in person and had 2 weeks to use it. Poor effort

Ridiculous price that cannot be justified for such minor checks. Also, at the last minute, I was told there were two recalls on my car. I should have received a letter from BMW direct. Dick Lovett didn't bother emailing me either. Very poor service.

I was told when the car was in for a service that I had it bald tyre when in fact it hadn't. I was told toward the time of collection that they needed parts to complete the service so i had to wait an extra day, the car was booked in days before.

Will was very informative and new his cars, any questions i ask he new the answer. Only to let down by the valating of the vehicle, i have taken today a load of leaves from under the bonnet, under the bonnet had not been cleaned at all, disapointing.

When I phoned to ask when car would be ready was told investigation of light fault would cost £150. This wasn't mentioned when I left the car with the service advisor. It wasn't charged in the end.

Always looked after. The only slight gripe I have is the lack of availability on courtesy cars. I had to drive away in a car with illegal tyres or be stranded in Bristol. I do think you should have a couple of cars for emergencies like that.

I was fully informed of my options at the outset and from ordering to delivery I was kept fully informed and the whole procedure went smoothly. On the day of delivery all paperwork was handled efficiently and important car functions fully explained
