The sales team didnt just want to sell me a car - they wanted to sell me the right car. The right car wasn't available, but over about 4 days the right car was found and the deal was sealed. There wasn't a single compromise necessary on my part.

Same as above, only negative was the lack of fuel in the car. We felt like this would have made the experience perfect especially in the circumstances.

Always looked after. The only slight gripe I have is the lack of availability on courtesy cars. I had to drive away in a car with illegal tyres or be stranded in Bristol. I do think you should have a couple of cars for emergencies like that.
