Every member of staff I encountered at the Centre was friendly and helpful, and I was particularly impressed with sales executive Joe Chadwick (see my remarks below). All the steps of purchase and delivery were smoothly and efficiently dealt with.

My requirement is still unfinished. I booked a slot to be told on arrival the car was needed for the day and "slots" weren't available so had to reapppoint. I was then asked what "waiting slot" I wanted. This was then unconfirmed so had to cancel
