Efficient and helpful. Nice valet but whilst clean, my X2 rubber mats were extremely slippery with whatever you used to clean them. A courtesy car might have been offered as the car was there from 845-1630. Otherwise, fine.

No issue with BMW Dick Lovett or its staff but I do feel that owning a 2nd hand BMW I'm not seen as an important customer. BMw aren't prefect and a lot of 2nd cars have factory faults or known issues that I feel BMW have an obligation to assist with.

The video check that is sent along with washing the car before return are a nice touch. On this occasion someone spotted that my washer fluid was almost empty and they filled this up free of charge before returning the car, which I also appreciated
