Video commentary was rushed through and difficult to understand. The additional works identified works were incorrect. Told vehicle was ready but 1/2 hour elapsed before was served. Car setup not returned to state when went in.

Ridiculous price that cannot be justified for such minor checks. Also, at the last minute, I was told there were two recalls on my car. I should have received a letter from BMW direct. Dick Lovett didn't bother emailing me either. Very poor service.

I would have given a 5 star if the odometer of my brand new BMW IX3 was only 10 miles based on documents i signed. However, when I collected the car from the BMW Bristol office I immediately noticed it had done 40 miles already.
