My experience was tainted by the following: 1) A complementary car valet was offered but not done 2) Screen wash and key battery were added to my bill. Surprising, as there were no issues with the key fob and the screenwash was already topped up!

No issue with BMW Dick Lovett or its staff but I do feel that owning a 2nd hand BMW I'm not seen as an important customer. BMw aren't prefect and a lot of 2nd cars have factory faults or known issues that I feel BMW have an obligation to assist with.

Was never told what the issue was until I collected, took two weeks to get fixed and I was never updated on the progress until I phoned 10 days after it was collected

I was reasonably satisfied. But the main thing I came in to get done was not in stock and so needed to make another appointment for 6 weeks later. Still with an annoying warning every time I start the car.

Was offered a £100 voucher for apology for the recall required and got absolutely no response from the form i sent in twice. Eventually i called and was told i had to collect in person and had 2 weeks to use it. Poor effort
